A boutique, multi-dwelling scheme in the heart of St James’s. Consisting of one duplex and three lateral apartments, plus a two storey private office, our design and build contract included Lutron HomeWorks lighting, KNX BMS and Crestron AV and Integrated Control throughout, with Amina invisible speakers installed within gold and silver leaf ceilings.
