Park Crescent Penthouse
A stunning, split level lateral apartment designed by Bergman Interiors, within this award winning development near Regent’s Park. Our basebuild for the developer included Lutron HomeWorks QS lighting with Palladiom keypads, matched to the wall finishes, a KNX climate control system, invisible Sonance ceiling speakers and a Crestron control system, integrating everything together into a simple intuitive interface. We have since carried out an extensive ‘day two’ installation for the owner, with double Lutron Palladiom blinds on all windows. and two hidden television mechanisms from Future Automation
The TV Room featues a Samsung The Frame Artwork TV mounted at high level, above the fireplace, which drops forward and down automatically to the optimum viewing position, exposing the hidden centre channel speaker.
