Kyn Hurlingham Care Home
We were appointed to design and install a high performance private cinema room, within this beautifully designed care home, located opposite the world famous Hurlingham Club in Fulham. Working in collaboration with the interior designer, Nina Campbell, the deep blue acoustically transparent fabtic walls provide a luxurious feel, whilst hiding all of the speakers and acoustic treatments.
We were responsible for all elements of the design and construction, and have delivered a stunning room which the residents love using.
The cinema features an ultra short throw projector, hidden within a bespoke ceiling coffer, to provide an bright, high resolution 4K image without any risk of dazzling the eyes of the residents if they enter or leave the room mid-movie.
A TV screen was also installed in the second floor lounge, coupled with invisible speakers.
We are very proud to now be working on the design of the cinema rooms in the two upcoming Kyn homes in Highgate and Kensington.
