A stunning, 4 bedroom lateral apartment overlooking Green Park, purchased as a ‘white box’ and fitted out beautifully by 800 Group in colloboration with 2D Interiors.

Although the basebuild within the development included Crestron lighting control with bespoke Focus SB toggle switches, the client wanted the same Lutron Palladiom keypads as their other properties, so this was replaced by a Lutron HomeWorks QS system and the Palladiom keypads were ordered in a one-off custom bronze finish. Amina invisible speakers in all rooms are connected to a Crestron audio system with Crestron touchscreens in all rooms controlling the BMS and all aspects of AV.

An ultra high performance, acoustically treated media room was created, with Bowers & Wilkins Diamond in-wall speakers installed behind stretched fabric walls.

Lutron motorised window treatments and a high speed Ruckus wifi network complete the project.
