Do you want to join the Perfect Integration team?
We are currently looking for a Support Engineer
What is expected?
You will be working as part of our engineering support team, reporting to our after-care manager and will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of systems including Crestron, Lutron, KNX and Control4, so experience with these products is essential.
Using our app based helpdesk ticket system and the latest in remote diagnostic and monitoring systems, many issues can be resolved remotely without having to visit site, but if and when you do, you’ll need to be a good ambassador for the company, and be comfortable in all environments and with people from all walks of life. Our support contracts can include 24/7 cover, so you must be prepared to be on-call on a rota basis and work flexible hours when needed.
Expectations are high, we want the best.
What do you get in return?
You can expect a happy workplace, with the flexibility to do your job in your own way with all the ubiquitous tools (iPhone, laptop etc.). If either you or we identify a specific need for training to improve your effectiveness in the role, then this will always be openly discussed - the people make our company and we believe in investing in them whenever and however possible.
The salary for the role is entirely negotiable - dependent on experience, ability and personality. If you believe you are worth a particular salary, then tell us why! On top of the usual benefits, we have regular team nights out throughout the year (go-karting, curry nights etc.) and provide a season ticket loan if you need one.
To apply for this role, or any of our other vacancies, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org including your CV, covering letter and salary expectations. We aim to respond to applications within two weeks of receiving them.
